All guests have access to the garden and pool via the double French
doors in the lounge and large pool towels are available on request.

Guests Galley (NEW)
We wanted to offer something a little different. So we have provided a small galley for the four rooms upstairs. There is a chill cabinet which has water, beers and wines for you to enjoy. Having the galley means we can offer you a larger selection of beverages, teas, coffees, bovril, hot chocolate and many more.
Public Rooms
Our lounge has large comfortable sofas where you can relax and look out over the terraced gardens and absorb the views across Hastings Old Town to the sea, or just put your feet up and watch TV. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room with its double French doors out in to the garden. Breakfast can be taken out in the garden weather permitting and guests are able to sit and relax in the breakfast room at any time of the day if they wish to do so.
RELAX BY THE POOL
The private pool which is surrounded by tropical palms and vegetation is an idyllic place to sit and relax after a day out in Hastings. The beautiful south facing terraced gardens, both formal and informal, offer tranquility and seclusion: a perfect place to relax with superb views of the sea and the East.
